You get a tracking link the moment it ships. If it has gone quiet for more than a day, message us with your order number and we chase the courier ourselves.

Seven days from the day it arrives, unused and in its original packaging. Message us and we arrange the pickup - there is no form to fight with.
Can you stock a product I saw?
Send Santa a photo or a video of it. Every one gets looked at, and the things people ask for most are the things we buy next.
Do you take bulk or corporate orders?
Sometimes, depending on the product and the quantity. Message us with what you need and by when - gifting in volume is rather our thing.
