A sack, not a warehouse.
We buy the things people keep asking for, open them ourselves, and ship them from India. If something turns out to be rubbish in person, it never makes the list.
Four rules we don't break.
Santa checks it twice
Nothing gets listed until we have held it.

Why Santa Therapy?
The man has one job and he does it once a year. We thought that was underusing him. Santa's trick was never the sleigh anyway - it was knowing what you wanted before you asked. That is just very good sourcing, and there is no reason it should be seasonal.
Here's the part we like
Everyone needs a Santa. Most people just haven't been given one.
So this is less a store than a sack. Small things we saw, ordered, opened and kept - put here so you don't have to gamble on a link in a comment section. Christmas is a date. Santa is a service.
See what's in the sackThe ones we get asked.
Are you a dropshipper?
We buy stock in, check it, and ship it ourselves. What we are not is a warehouse - we keep a small sack of things we actually rate rather than a catalogue of ten thousand we have never seen.
How do you decide what to stock?
Two ways. Things we keep seeing and want ourselves, and things people ask us for. If the same product lands in our messages three or four times in a week, that is usually the next thing we buy.
Where do you ship from?
India. Three to six days to most pin codes, a little longer to remote areas, tracked the whole way.
Is this only a Christmas thing?
No. That is rather the point - Christmas is a date, Santa is a service. We stock and ship all year, and December is simply our busiest month.
Can I ask for something?
Please do - that is the whole point. Send Santa a photo or a video on WhatsApp. Every one gets looked at.
Seen something? Tell Santa.
If the internet is losing it over something and it isn't in the sack yet, send us a photo or a video of it. Every one gets looked at, and the things people ask for most are the things we buy next.
WhatsApp, so you can forward the photo or video straight from wherever you saw it. A person reads every one.
Send the picture. No description needed - Santa can work it out.
Santa checks it twice. We buy one and open it ourselves before anything goes in the sack.
If it makes the list, whoever asked hears first.
