Where we ship
We ship across India. We do not currently ship internationally.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–6 business days to most pin codes. Remote or hard-to-reach areas can take up to 8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays, weather and local disruptions are outside our control.
Shipping charges
Standard delivery is free on all orders across India. Any applicable charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is available on all serviceable pin codes. You pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. If a COD order is refused at the door or repeatedly undeliverable, we may ask for prepayment on future orders.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated for more than 48 hours, message us and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, message us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. We will replace it or refund it — you will not be asked to argue the point.
