    How long will it take to reach me?

    Three to six days to most pin codes. Remote areas can take a couple of days longer. You get a tracking link the moment it leaves us, so you are never guessing.

    What if I don't like it?

    You have seven days from the day it arrives. Unused, in its original packaging, and we arrange the pickup. Message us and a person sorts it out - there is no form to fight with.

    Is this the same thing I saw in the video?

    Santa checks it twice. We buy one ourselves before anything goes in the sack, and the photos here are of what we actually ship. If a thing turned out to be rubbish in person, it never got listed.

    Can I have it sent straight to someone else?

    Yes. Put their address at checkout and tell us in the order notes that it is a gift - we leave the invoice out of the parcel.

    You get a tracking link as soon as it ships. If it goes quiet for more than a day, message us and we will chase the courier ourselves.
